Mark’s Auto Detailing, LLC

Customer Satisfaction Policy

Effective Date: August 7, 2026
Version: 1.0

Mark’s Auto Detailing, LLC is committed to providing quality detailing services, extraordinary customer service, and giving customer concerns fair and prompt consideration.

We appreciate the opportunity to understand your concern and work toward an appropriate resolution. If something doesn’t seem right with your detailing service, please let us know.

This Customer Satisfaction Policy applies only to auto detailing services performed by Mark’s Auto Detailing, LLC. It does not apply to other products or services provided by Mark’s Auto Detailing, LLC, which are governed by the applicable Service Terms & Policies and any other terms or policies applicable to those products or services.

This policy does not create a guarantee that every stain, odor, contaminant, defect, or other condition can be completely removed or corrected.

1. Inspection at Completion

Whenever possible, we encourage you to inspect your vehicle at the completion of your detailing service and let us know about any questions or concerns.

If you identify a concern at that time, we will review it and, when appropriate and possible, work to address it before leaving the service location.

2. Reporting a Concern

If you have a concern about the quality or completeness of your detailing service, please notify Mark’s Auto Detailing, LLC within 24 hours of completion so we have an opportunity to review it.

When contacting us about a concern, please provide your name, the vehicle involved, the date of service, the type of detailing service requested, and a description of the concern. We may ask for photographs or other information when it would help us evaluate what happened.

Concerns first reported more than 24 hours after completion may not be eligible for complimentary inspection, re-cleaning, correction, refund, credit, or other accommodation under the Customer Satisfaction Policy.

If no concern is reported within 24 hours, the detailing service will be considered satisfactorily completed for purposes of the Customer Satisfaction Policy.

3. Evaluating the Concern

We will make an effort to review concerns reported under the Customer Satisfaction Policy fairly and promptly.

Depending on the nature of the concern, we may ask for an opportunity to inspect the vehicle or affected area so we can better understand the concern and determine an appropriate response.

Vehicle use, weather, spills, dirt, contamination, actions by other persons, or other conditions occurring after completion of the original service may affect our ability to determine whether a reported condition relates to the detailing service.

4. Detailing Results

Some stains, odors, scratches, oxidation, mineral deposits, water spots, contamination, discoloration, pet hair, and other conditions may not be completely removable through detailing.

A remaining stain, odor, contaminant, defect, or other condition does not by itself establish that the detailing service was performed improperly.

Any concern will be considered in light of the service purchased, the condition of the vehicle, the work performed, and the limitations applicable to detailing services.

5. Possible Resolutions

When we feel that a concern warrants additional action, the appropriate resolution will depend upon the circumstances.

Possible resolutions may include, but are not limited to, additional or corrective detailing, a service credit, a partial refund, or another reasonable accommodation.

After reviewing a concern, we may also determine that no additional corrective action or other accommodation is appropriate.

A customer-service accommodation may be offered when appropriate to address a concern or promote customer satisfaction, even when the original service was reasonably performed as purchased.

Nothing in the Customer Satisfaction Policy guarantees a particular remedy.

6. Work Performed by Others

Please give Mark’s Auto Detailing, LLC an opportunity to review a concern before having another business or individual attempt to correct the detailing work.

If you choose to have another business or individual inspect, clean, detail, correct, redo, or otherwise perform work on the vehicle, any resulting charges or expenses are your responsibility unless Mark’s Auto Detailing, LLC expressly agrees in writing in advance to pay or reimburse a specific expense.

7. Vehicle Damage

The 24-hour satisfaction period in this policy applies to concerns about the quality or completeness of detailing services. Concerns involving alleged physical damage to a vehicle are separate from ordinary customer satisfaction concerns and will be addressed based on the circumstances and the applicable Service Terms & Policies.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any responsibility or rights that cannot legally be limited.
